该三阶型水洗废膜专用挤出造粒机组，是由三台塑料挤出机串联成阶式的废塑料回收造粒设备。广泛用于LDPE,HDPE,PP等经过破碎、清洗、脱水后的废薄膜料（物料含水分比例较高，超20%）的回收造粒。

1、主机采用超大直径螺杆，设计有挤压排水功能的下料口以及配备电磁加热，使得物料在第一阶挤出机充分实现脱水及一定程度的塑化。

2、第一阶挤出机于第二阶挤出机采用直联，保证水蒸气及挥发气体处于自然挥发状态，设备操作更安全，中机也设计有进料口，辅机换网等产生的胶头软料可从中机进料口再次进入从而减少浪费。

The Three stage waste film washing material special extrusion line is composed of three plastic extruder.Adopt widely to recycle LDPE HDPE PP which after crushing,washing,dehydration waste film material into plastic granules.(material contain high moisture content,more than 20%)

The machine extruder specially adopt the large diameter screw,design with squeezed drainage function of the feeding barrel and with high-power heating system,makes the material be dehydrated and plasticized completely into a certain extent at the No.1 stage extruder.

The No.1 stage and No.2 stage connecting with flange,ensure that the water vapor and volatile gas keep in a natural volatile condition,operating safely.Aslo there with feeding hole in the No.2 stage.the plastic soft material can refeed into this hold for reduce the waste.
