卧式水环切切粒塑料挤出造粒机组主要适用于各种LDPE、HDPE料的回收造粒。机组主要是由两阶排气式挤出机，水环式模头切粒总程，脱水机，振动筛，储料斗组成。传统的废塑料回收挤出造粒机的切粒技术是挤出溶体拉条式经冷却固化后经切粒机切粒，而卧式水环切粒挤出造粒机组则是在溶体状态下直接水环切粒的一种新机型，熔态切粒相对于固态切粒有明显的优势。

Horizontal type water ring granulating and palletizing line is mainly for recycling LDPE HDPE.The line mainly with double stage vent style palleting unit,water ring die face cutting system,vertical dewatering devcie,vibrator,and storage hopper.

卧式水环切切粒塑料挤出造粒机组具有下列主要技术特点：

1.由于塑料是在熔体状态下被刀片刮下，经循环水冷却后凝固的，不同粘度的高聚物均可采用这种切粒形式，熔体状态下切粒不会形成任何粉尘，

   而且切粒形状规整，包装，运输均比较方便。

2.根据挤出量自动匹配调节模头的出料量和切粒速度，来改变切粒的大小，也可以人工采用不同刀片数时的刀架来改变切粒大小的形状。

3.直切式水下切粒把切粒,冷却融为一体省去了4~6mm长的冷水槽，大大减少了占地面积。

4.直切式水下切粒把塑料熔体直接切粒，冷却，使造粒工艺实现自动化，操作方便，噪声较低，切片质量好。

Characteristics of the Horizontal type water-ring Palletizing Extrusion Line:

1. Due to plastic material were scraped by the blades at melting state,the solidifying by water cooling immediately, so it is suitable for different melt viscosity of the polymer pelletizing, and no generating any dust, grain regular shape, packing and transportation more convenient;

2. To change the pelletized size adjusting the extrusion die volume and cutting speed automatically, or changing the number of blades according to the extrusion output;

3. direct underwater cutter integrated palletizing with cooling, eliminating the 4~6l length of water cooling tank, greatly reducing the land area of the machine.

4. Direct underwater cutter makes the plastic melt palletizing and cooling directly, palletizing process will be able to implement autoimmunization, convenient operation, lower noise, grains are good quality.
