本公司针对废旧塑料回收改性开发出来的新款机器，结合了单螺杆、双螺杆造粒机的优点，实现了对再生塑料回收、共混的所有功能。

This type of new plastic recycling machine is specially for waste plastic recycling and modifying,combine with all the advantage from single screw machine and twin-screw machine,achieve all the function aiming at waste plastic recycling and mixing.

再生塑料回收工程中存在纸屑、铝箔、砂石、铁屑、钢丝、木屑、失效消泡剂等各种杂质，这些杂质的存在如果没有加装换网器进行杂质过滤，会造成产品质量的下降，所以我们先采用单螺杆作为主机对再生废旧塑料进行初级熔融，过滤。利用单螺杆转速慢，对废旧塑料要求不高，换网器过滤面积大的优点，使废旧塑料进行初级熔融、过滤，经过过滤的塑料流体流进双螺杆下机，利用双螺杆进行共混，结合双螺杆的全部优点，达到对废旧塑料进行回收、共混的目的。

During the recycling procedure exist all kinds of impurity like scrap of paper ,aluminum foil,stone,iron,copper wire,wooden scrap etc,.if no screen changer to filter the impurity,it will reduce the pellets quality.therefore we adopt single screw extruder for main extruder to melt the waste plastic,filtration.Application of the advantage for single screw low rotate speed,low request of waste plastic material,big screen changer,to make waste plastic to melt in primary and filter.The fluid after melt into twin-screw second stage ,to mixing under the twin-screw machine,combine all the advantage of twin-screw,can achieve the target of waste plastic recycling and mixing.
